Agency Services
- Client instructs WHITECAPITAL to pay a foreign supplier.
- Client provides invoice/order details.
- WHITECAPITAL checks the transaction.
- Client transfers funds under agency agreement.
- WHITECAPITAL executes the instruction.

Key difference
Merchant Payment Infrastructure is used when a merchant sells goods or services to its customers and receives payments through approved payment methods.
Agency Services are used when a client gives WHITECAPITAL a specific documented instruction to arrange payment to a foreign supplier.
