How we prepare these materials
The editorial model starts with a real merchant task: connecting a website, choosing a QR type, receiving an asynchronous status, reconciling a register or preparing KYB. We separate informational guidance from commercial terms and name the conditions that depend on the bank, jurisdiction or approved setup.
Official NSPK and Bank of Russia materials are used where they define the payment system. WHITECAPITAL policies describe our onboarding and operational boundaries. For an individual merchant, signed contractual documents and current technical documentation always take precedence.
