SBP and QR

The buyer confirms payment in a banking app. On desktop, show a QR code; on mobile, provide a payment link.

Payment links

Send a link for a specific order or invoice through an approved channel. Keep the amount, order reference and final status together.

Payment link workflow

Card acquiring

Card payment acceptance is available only for approved companies and supported banking arrangements. Confirm availability before designing checkout.

Card acquiring

A payment link is a way to send the buyer to checkout; SBP and cards are payment methods. The available combination is agreed for each merchant.

Four steps to connect website payments

  1. Describe the project. Submit your company name, registration country, website, product, customer geography, expected volume and average order value.
  2. Complete review and agree terms. Prepare company and ownership documents. Agree payment methods, pricing, limits, refunds and settlements in the contract.
  3. Connect orders and statuses. After approval, configure payment creation, the payment page or link, server-side status handling and reconciliation.
  4. Test and launch. Check success, failure, expiry, repeated notifications and a customer returning before final confirmation. Launch after the agreed checks.

Payment links or API integration?

For an order prepared by a manager, a payment link may be suitable: the customer opens checkout and the merchant checks the result. An automated online store also needs a reliable connection between the order, payment attempt, stock or access rights and final status.

For a custom website, plan the server-side integration. For a website builder or CMS, first confirm its ability to connect the approved flow; do not assume a ready-made plugin is available. Give the integration team the platform name and version.

Prepare your website for review

  • Seller identity and support contacts.
  • Clear product or service description and prices.
  • Delivery or access terms, refund procedure and privacy information.
  • A working cart or order flow, HTTPS and a way to identify an order.

These are practical preparation points. The final requirements depend on the product, jurisdiction and approved payment arrangement.

Merchant document checklist

Compare the complete payment terms

Request a proposal for the actual project: acceptance fees by method, settlement and conversion charges where applicable, reserves, payout timing and refund conditions. These terms are agreed before launch. A payment confirmation and a settlement to the merchant are different events.

Frequently asked questions

How do I connect payments to an existing website?

Submit a project application, complete business review and agree the payment methods. Then connect the approved payment page or API to your orders and test server-side status handling.

Can I accept payment by link?

A payment link can be used for an approved order or invoice flow. You still need seller information, business review and a reliable way to verify the result.

Is there a plugin for every CMS?

No universal plugin availability is promised. Specify your CMS or website builder so the team can assess a supported integration for the approved payment flow.

Can SBP and cards be used together?

A combined flow can be agreed for an approved merchant. Card availability depends on the company, product, geography and banking arrangements.

How much does connecting payments cost?

The proposal depends on the business, methods, volume, geography and settlement model. Agree all charges and conditions before launch.

When should an order be marked as paid?

After a verified final server-side status. Opening a payment link or returning to the website is not sufficient confirmation.
