What internet acquiring includes
Internet acquiring is the acceptance of cashless payments through a digital channel. A customer sees a payment form, link or QR code, while the merchant relies on a contractual, banking and technical setup that creates a payment, receives its status and passes the result to business systems.
WHITECAPITAL assembles this infrastructure for approved merchants. Card acquiring is available only where a suitable banking route exists and the company, industry and geography receive separate approval. SBP, QR and payment links may complement card acceptance or operate as the primary payment method.
- hosted payment page or payment link;
- card acceptance where available and separately approved;
- SBP/C2B and dynamic QR within NSPK infrastructure;
- API, webhook or callback status delivery;
- merchant dashboard, registers, reconciliation and agreed refund processes.
How to connect acquiring to a website
Onboarding starts with the business, not with code. The merchant provides corporate documents, ownership information, product or service details, website URLs, customer geography, projected turnover and average ticket. The website should clearly identify the seller and display sale, refund and privacy terms.
After KYB/KYC, compliance review and risk assessment, the available payment methods, banking participant, limits, fees, settlements and contract are agreed. The teams then test payment creation, customer return, status delivery, notifications and reconciliation before production approval.
- application and business-model description;
- company, website, product and document review;
- individual commercial and banking terms;
- integration and payment-flow testing;
- operational approval and production launch.
Acquiring or SBP: how to choose
Card acquiring and SBP both accept payments but use different customer and banking journeys. Cards suit customers who prefer entering card details or using a stored method. With SBP, the customer confirms a transfer in a banking application through a link or QR code.
An online merchant will often benefit from selecting a mix based on audience, conversion, cost, refund operations and actual availability. WHITECAPITAL can help design the technical flow, but no payment method is guaranteed before review.
Acquiring for an international company
An international company selling goods or services to customers in Russia may apply for payment infrastructure. Eligibility for card or RUB payment acceptance depends on jurisdiction, product, ownership, banking approval and applicable restrictions.
The application should identify the actual seller, website, pricing currency, expected payer geography and intended settlement model. Settlement currency and timing, fees, reserves and limits are confirmed only after review and in the contract.
