For review and execution of an agency instruction, the client provides the following documents:

Client documents

registration documents;
tax number, if applicable;
information about the director;
documents confirming the authority of the representative;
information about beneficial owners where required.

Contractual documents

agency agreement;
client instruction;
amount calculation;
agreement on agency remuneration.

Foreign supplier documents

supplier name;
supplier country;
supplier website;
invoice;
order;
description of goods or services;
terms of delivery or service provision.

Operation documents

economic purpose of the operation;
payment amount calculation;
confirmation of funds received from the client;
confirmation of instruction execution;
agent report.

Restrictions

WHITECAPITAL does not execute instructions related to:
anonymous transfers;
operations without an underlying transaction;
prohibited goods;
crypto exchange;
investment operations;
gambling/betting;
adult;
drugs;
weapons;
sanctions evasion;
fraud;
money laundering;
